We have no return policy, which means items once purchased and payment is done through online then no returns is acceptable.
To be eligible to receive an item in replace of any damaged one, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and it is acceptable only if the product is not left from our premises.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or with out any intimation will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order while loading at our premises and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right on spot.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to check the item quality at the time of loading, and once the goods/items leaves our premises then we are not responsible for any of the damages and make a separate purchase for the new items.
No Refunds can be entertained except in some special cases like if the product can't be replaced and also this facility is available until product leaves our premises.
